摘要
目的:为了解虎杖蒽醌化合物晶Ⅰ、晶Ⅳ抗CVB3病毒的药效,从而明确虎杖的抗病毒性能并开发利用。方法:以病毒唑为阳性对照,利用空斑减数实验进行研究。结果:在HEP2细胞系统中,晶Ⅰ对CVB3直接杀灭、增殖抑制、感染阻断的ED50分别为1.54μg/mL、8.34μg/mL、3.06μg/mL,晶Ⅳ的相应系数分别为1.79μg/mL、7.05μg/mL、3.17μg/mL,而病毒唑的相应系数分别为6.26μg/mL、7.55μg/mL、7.50μg/mL。结论:晶Ⅰ对CVB3的治疗指数(TI)为病毒唑对CVB3的TI的4.7、1.0、2.9倍;晶Ⅳ对CVB3的治疗指数(TI)为病毒唑对CVB3的TI的27.5、8.4、18.8倍,提示晶Ⅰ、晶Ⅳ的抗CVB3方面有一定优势。
:Objective:Rhizoma polygoni cuspidati is a chinese
medicinal herb with large antiviral range, in order to understand and exploit it's antiviral
properties, the authors extracted anthraquinones of it, that is cryatalline Ⅰ and crystalline Ⅳ,
and observed effects of anticoxsackie B 3 virus of them. Methods:Used ribavirin as positive
control, and by way of plaque reduction assays, carry out this research. Results:In HEP 2 cell
system, the ED 50 s of direct virucidal activity, the inhibition effects on the multiplication and
infection of coxsackie B 3 virus are 6.26μg/mL, 7.50μg/mL, 1.75μg/mL respectively, the
corresponding figures of crystalline Ⅰ are 1.54μg/mL, 8.34μg/mL, 3.06μg/mL separately,
and the corresponding figures of crystalline Ⅳ are 1.79μg/mL, 7.05μg/mL, 3.17μg/mL
repectively. Conclusion:The treatedment indices (TI) of crystalline Ⅰ to CVB 3 are 4.7, 1.0, 2.9
times of ribavirin TIs, the TIs of crystalline Ⅳ to CVB 3 are 27.5, 8.4, 18.8 times of ribavirin TIs,
they should be worth exploitation.
