摘要
目的观察前列地尔(凯时注射液)联合疏血通注射液治疗下肢动脉粥样硬化的疗效。方法 70例下肢动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为前列地尔联合疏血通注射液治疗组(38例)和丁咯地尔联合复方丹参液对照组(32例)。结果治疗组治疗有效率(94.7%)明显高于对照组有效率(75.0%)。结论应用前列地尔联合疏血通注射液治疗下肢动脉粥样硬化疗效显著,值得推广使用。
Objective To study the value of Alprostadil and ShuXuetong injection in treatment of lower limb artherosclerosis.Methods 70 patients of lower limb artherosclerosis were randomly divided into two groups：Alprostadil and SunXuetong injection therapy group（38 patiewts） and control group（32 patients）.Results The effective rate of therapy group（94.7%）was higher than that of control group（75.0%）.Conclusion The curative effect of Alprostadil and ShuXuetong injection in treatment of lower limb artherosclerosis was remarkable.
