摘要
目的探讨生物反馈对偏头痛的治疗效果。方法 78例偏头痛患者随机分为试验组(n=39)和对照组(n=39),试验组接受生物反馈治疗。一个疗程15次,1次/天,30分钟/次。对照组接受药物治疗,观察临床疗效。结果试验组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著意义(χ2=6.24,P<0.05)。结论生物反馈治疗偏头痛是有效的。
Objective To investigate the effective of bioedback therapy to migraine.Methods 78 migraine patients were randomly divided into 2 groupes：test group（n=39）,control group（n=39）.Test group were treated by bioedback the series of treatments is 15 days,30minutes qd.the control group were treated by medicine and observed treatment effect.Results The treatment effect of the test group were obviously higher than the control group.significant difference between the two groups wre founded （χ2=6.24 P0.05）.Conclusion Bioedback therapy is effective to migraine.
