摘要
文章介绍了项目生命周期费用管理的理论以及生命周期费用管理理论在LNG项目建设不同阶段的应用,研究如何使用该理论,才能真正达到生命周期费用最低。
This paper introduces the project life-cycle cost management, theory and life-cycle cost management theory in the LNG projects at different stages of the application, and research how to use the theory in order to really achieve the lowest life cycle cost.
