剖宫产术中组织粘合剂的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨组织粘和剂的应用方法及效果。方法:将100例剖宫产切口用粘合剂粘和,均不用缝线缝和皮肤,观察切口愈合情况。结果:97例产妇切口(97%)Ⅰ期愈合,切口对合平整,瘢痕增生不明显;2例腹壁纵切口(2%)因切缘对合不整齐愈合痕迹明显;1例(1%)产妇因极度肥胖发生切口脂肪液化,继发感染。结论:组织粘合剂可促进剖宫产切口愈合,且安全有效,值得临床推广。
