摘要
目的探讨经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的术前访视、术中配合、术后回访的护理特点和注意事项及相关知识。方法采用回顾性研究对32例病人在我院进行经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术，并对术前访视、术中配合、术后回访护理配合进行调查分析。结果32例患者中，均为一期取石，手术成功率100％，无一例术中并发症发生。结论经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术是一项全新的腔内手术方法，详细的术前访视、熟练的术中配合、周到的术后回访是保证经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术手术顺利完成的重要环节。应用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术成功率高，严重并发症较小见，且绝大多数行保守治疗可得到解决；熟练的手术操作是减少输尿管镜下钬激碎石手术并发症的关键。
Objective To evaluate the holmium laser lithotripsy in the preoperative visit, with surgery and postoperative care characteristics and re-considerations and knowledge.Methods A retrospective study of 32 patients in our hospital ureteroseopic holmium laser lithotripsy, and the preoperative interview, with surgery and postoperative care with the re-investigation and analysis.Results 32 patients, are a stone, 100% success rate, with no intraoperative complications.Conclusion The holmium laser lithotripsy is a new method of endovaseular surgery, a detailed preoperative visit, a skilled operative cooperation, thoughtful return visit is to ensure that after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for the smooth operationcompleted an important link.Ureteroseopic holmium laser lithotripsy with high success rate, see less serious complications, and most were treated conservatively get resolved; skilled surgical operation is to reduce the shock ureteroscopic holmium lithotripsy complications.
