摘要
本文在系统介绍了目前油田常用的获得低冲次游梁式抽油机改造的几种方法优缺点的基础上,给出了抽油机降低冲次改造使用减速电机方案,新设计抽油机使用大传动比减速箱方案更适合油田需要的结论,这对指导油田生产,有重要意义。
This paper describes the advantages and disadvantages of current system commonly used in oilfield beam pumping unit stroke several methods of transformation. Based on that, the lower stroke pumping unit using slow motor transformation program is given, it draws a conclusion the new design pumping use of large transmission more suitable than ratio gearbox oil, which guide the oil production, and has important significance.
