胃癌患者胃电改变与胃排空的关系 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨胃癌患者胃电生理变化与胃排空之间的关系。方法对65例胃癌患者(胃癌组)及30名健康者(对照组)分别进行胃电图检测及核素胃排空试验。结果胃癌组正常慢波节律百分比明显低于对照组,而主频不稳定系数明显高于对照组(均P<0.05);胃癌组胃排空延迟率为36.9%(24/65),明显高于对照组的13.3%(26/30)(P<0.05);胃癌组胃排空率与正常慢波节律百分比显著相关(r2=0.32,P<0.001)。结论部分胃癌患者存在胃电节律紊乱,主要表现为正常慢波节律百分比下降及主频不稳定系数明显增高,相应地影响胃排空。
