摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会是马克思主义理论在中国特色社会主义建设中的重大发展,和谐社会与科学发展观和小康社会之间一脉相承,相互影响。在当前构建和谐社会面临众多障碍的现实背景下,实现科学发展和全面建设小康社会应该彻底转变政府执政理念,通过公共财政体系的不断完善促进和谐社会的实现。
Building a socialist harmonious society is an important development of the Marxist theory in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and harmonious society and scientific development concept derive from the same origin with well-off society, and influence each other. Under the background of building a harmonious society facing many obstacles currently, to achieve scientific development and building a comprehensive well-off society the government should thoroughly change the ruling concept, by the continuous improvement of public finance system to achieve harmonious society.
