摘要
[ 目的] 观察氧氟沙星注射液抗菌作用.[ 方法] 用诺氟沙星注射液作阳性对照,体外实验共测定了16 种200 多株细菌的最小抑菌浓度,并进行了动物体内试验.[ 结果] 体外试验结果与文献值相近.体内试验测定了氧氟沙星注射液对小白鼠大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌感染的半数有效剂量,分别为0 .01mg/kg,2 .85mg/kg.[ 结论]
OBJECTIVE To study the antibacterial action of ofloxacin injection.METHOD Minimum inhibition concentrations of ofloxacin and norfloxacin(positive control group) for 16 bacteria including more than 200 strains were determined in vitro and in vivo in animal. RESULT The ED 50 of ofloxacin to the mice infected by escher ichia coli and staphyloccoccus aureus are 0.01mg/kg and 2.85mg/kg respectively, and the results are similar to those in reported literatures. CONCLUSION The antibacterial action of ofloxacin injection in vitro and in vivo is significantly potenter than that of norfloxacin.
