摘要
［ 目的］ 研究大黄、活性炭复方制剂对７／８ 肾切除大鼠慢性肾功能不全模型的治疗效果及其作用机理．［ 方法］ 建立７／８ 肾切除大鼠慢性肾功能不全模型，观察治疗组与慢性肾功能不全对照组１６ 周内血清肌酐、尿素氮、血清钙、磷、２４ｈ 尿蛋白定量、血清肌肝清除率以及光学显微镜和电子显微镜变化．［ 结果］治疗组血清肌酐及尿素氮较对照组升高缓慢，血清肌肝清除率显著升高，血清钙升高，血清磷降低，２４ｈ 尿蛋白定量明显减少；明显减轻肾小球肥大和系膜基质增多程度，减少肾小球硬化与半月体形成数．［ 结论］ 大黄、活性炭复方制剂对７／８ 肾切除大鼠慢性肾功能不全模型有显著治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE To study the medicines which can delay the progress of chronic renal failure. METHOD To observe the effect of Compound of Chinese rhubarb and active carbon which was used to treat animal models of chronic renal failure induced in rats with 7/8 nephrectomy and to discuss its mechanisams.Compound of Chinese rhubarb and active carbon treated group and untreated group were observed through dectecting serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus, protein uria.On the 16 week the remnant kidney were studied under the light microscope and electron microscope.RESULT Compound of Chinese rhubarb and active carbon can significantly serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen, increase creatinine clearance, correct calcium and phosphorus disorder decrease protein uria.Morphologically glomerular hypertrophy, crescent formation and sclerosi are less in compound of Chinese rhubarb and active carbon treated rats. CONCLUSION The compound of Chinese rhubarb and active carbon is effective on 7/8 nephrectomy rats and it can delay the progress of chronic renal failure.
