摘要
本文针对箱体结构焊接变形难以控制,不能满足图纸要求,通过对其容易产生焊接变形的各种状况进行细致分析,利用焊接变形理论,找出影响焊接变形的各种因素,制定出合理的焊接工艺措施,从而有效控制焊接变形,确保后续加工及装配质量,满足产品的整体性能要求。
In this paper, because the welding deformation of case body structure is hardly controlled it can't meet the drawing requirement. Variuos conditions for the easy welding deformation have been analysed and various factors inflencing the welding deformation are found out by the welding deformation theory, and the reasonable measure of welding technology is worked out, so that the welding deformation can be controlled efficiently, the subsequent processing and assembly quality can be ensured to meet the requirement for integral performance of product.
