摘要
目的探索影响食管癌的发病因素。方法选河北磁县的食管癌现症患者350人为病例,其同性别、年龄上下不超过5岁的邻居为对照,进行1:1病例对照研究,使用统一调查表,进行回顾性入户调查,资料编码量化后录入微机,SAS软件统计分析。结果中学文化程度OR=0.349,饮茶OR=0.854,家族史OR=2.696,心理因素OR=2.304,热烫饮食OR=1.773,饮用自来水OR=3.588,喜食硬食OR=0.652,住矿渣砖房子OR=0.055,辛辣食品OR=0.807结论有肿瘤家族史、心理因素、热烫饮食、饮用自来水为食管癌的危险因素,而较高的文化程度,饮茶、辛辣食物、住矿渣砖房子和喜食硬食是食管癌的保护因素。
[Purpose]To explore the influence factors in the genesis of esophageal cancer . [Method ]A population - based 1: 1 metched casecontrol study was conducted in Cixian county of Hebei province . Total 350 pairs of case and control were matched on sex , age and area . All data were put into computer and analysed with SAS (statistic analysis system) sottware . [Result] The oddds ratio of influence factors were calculated: junior middle school education OR = 0. 349, drinking tea OR = 0. 854, family history of tumor OR = 2. 696, psychology factor OR = 2. 304 , liking hot food OR = 1. 773, running water OR = 3. 588, habit of eaing hard food OR = 0. 652, living slag brick house OR = 0. 055, pungent food OR = 0. 807.[Conclusion]It indicated thatfamily history of tumor , psychology factor , liking hot food , drinking running water were the risk factors of esophageal cancer, while high eduodion, drinking tea, pungent food, living slap brick house and habit of eaing hard food were the protective factors of esophageal cancer .
