摘要
近年来,蜂产品中各种抗生素残留严重。抗生素的残留,不仅会危害人类的健康,同时也会影响蜂产品的出口。本文介绍了蜂蜜中四环素类抗生素药物残留的来源,并对其检测方法进行了概述。
Serious drug residues in bee products are made by the abuse of antibiotics. It makes serious side effects on human body as well as limits on the export of bee products. In this paper the source of tetracyclines in bee products was introduced. Besides, the analytical methods on determination of tetracyclines in bee products was also reviewed.
