摘要
目的:研究健美操锻炼对高校女生身体成份及心肺功能的影响。方法:对参加健美操锻炼的女大学生在训练前及训练后的身体成份、身体形态及有关身体素质的主要指标进行测定与比较。结果:发现对女大学生身体成份、形态及心肺功能均有不同程度的影响。结论:健美操锻炼对女大学生的身体形态、生理机能和身体结构有良好的促进作用,有利于增强学生的身心健康。
objective: To determine the effect of callisthenics on body composition and cardio-pulmonary function in girl college students .Methods: Changes in body composition and figure and body constitution were studied before and after training among girl students who took part in callisthenics. Results: It was found that callisthenics had effects in varying degrees on body composition, figure and cardio- pulmonary function of girl students. Conclusions: callisthenics training has a positive effect on physical fitness and is haneficial to psychosomatic health of college students
