摘要原发性胆胰肿瘤早期诊断困难。现代用于胆胰肿瘤诊断的技术有影象学方法、细胞学检查、血清(或体液)肿瘤标志物检测等。本文就近年来胆胰肿瘤标志物的研究作一综述。
