摘要
传统的显微硬度测量大多采用机械人工操作方式,存在工作效率低、误差大、测量结果稳定性和可重复性不高等问题,本文对应用图像拍摄与测量软件测量方法和传统测量方法进行了对比性应用研究,新的测量方法具有可重复性、降低测量误差、有效提高测量精度和效率等特点,测量结果便于记存,且可实现远程共享,值得推广应用。
The traditional measurement of micro hardness was mostly manually operated, so it has the shortcomings such as low efficiency, big errors and low stability and low repeatability. This paper makes a comparative study on the measuring method of shooting and measuring software with the traditional method. It has been proved that the new method is characterized by high repeatability, low rate of error, high accuracy and efficiency. Besides the measured result obtained by the new method is convenient for storage and long distance communication. It is worth putting into use widely.
