神经外科手术麻醉深度监测技术

摘要 自1846年Holmes首先描述“麻醉”后,即伴随产生了“麻醉深度”的概念。然而,直到1937年方形成由Guedel提出的经典乙醚麻醉分期。此后半个多世纪,随着医学科学技术的发展,“麻醉”的内涵不断更新,与之相对应的“麻醉深度”的概念亦处于探索和讨论之中。目前,更倾向于将麻醉视为一种状态,包括意识消失、感觉和运动阻滞及降低应激反应。不同麻醉药物旨在达到不同“组分”的要求,因此,全身麻醉经常辅用肌肉松弛药、镇静催眠药、麻醉性镇痛药,以及血管活性药物等。由于麻醉是多种成分的组合,现有的麻醉监测手段均存在不完善和局限性,尚不足以满足实时、精确、客观监测的要求,至今仍普遍采用临床表现作为判断麻醉深度的主要依据。然而,在探索麻醉深度监测方面亦颇有收获,不断地揭示和接近更为客观的监测指标,
