摘要
本实验研究了生脉散和阿霉素所致的大白鼠心肌中毒的影响,同时探讨了其机制,检测了脂质过氧化产物,丙二醛(MDA)的含量,以及心肌组织和血中的相关性分析。结果显示,生脉散组与对照组相比MDA含量无明显差别,在心肌组织和血中阿霉索使MDA含量升高,生脉散使MDA含量降低,并且在心肌组织和血中的这些改变是有相关性的。
The effect of 'Sheng Mai San' (Chinese herb medicine) on adriamycin-induced cardiotoxicity in rats and its mechanism were studied. The lipid peroxidation product, malondialdehyde (MDA), was investigated and the correlation of MDA in myocardial tissue and peripheral blood was evaluated. The results showed that the contents of MDA in myocrdium and blood did not have remarkable difference between 'Sheng Mai San' group and control group. Adriamycin increased the contents of MDA in myocardial tissue and peripheral blood. However, 'Sheng Mai San' could reduce MDA in myocardial tissue and peripheral blood. These changes in tissue and blood correlated positively. The results suggested that there is a good correlationship existed between the content of MDA in myocardial tissue and in peripl eral blood.
