摘要
对常压下以油酸和氨气为原料催化合成油酸酰胺的方法进行了研究,选出了合适的催化剂和较好的工艺条件。
An improved process is provided for the amidation of the oleic acid with
ammonia gas at atmospheric pressure in the presence of a titanium compound,and the
preferable reaction conditions are obtained.The reaction temperature is generally about
160170 ,the reaction time about 11 h,and the amount of the catalyst about 1.0% upon the
oleic acid weight in the charged.Thus,the yield of oleamide is above 86%.
