摘要
土壤有效养分分析是推荐施肥的关键环节。其分析方法已经形成较为成熟的体系,测试技术开始向联合、通用浸提剂和多元素同时测定方向发展。通过对几种通用浸提剂的分析比较,Mehlich3土壤浸提剂以其多元素联合浸提、通用性强以及与参比方法和作物吸收量具有较好的相关性成为适合我国土壤有效养分分析的通用浸提剂,其与等离子体发射光谱联合应用的M3-ICP技术在我国推荐施肥中具有广阔的前景。
The analysis of soil available nutrients is an key process for the fertilization recommendation. Analysis methods of the soil available nutrients have formed a mature system,the test technology has developed with direction of universal extractant and multi-element analysis. Based comparing several universal soil extractants,Mehlich 3 was the appropriate universal soil extractant for soil available nutrients due to its applicability to a wide range of soils and good correlation with plant response. In addition,the combination of universal soil extraction with ICP will have a broad future in the recommended fertilization.
