摘要
目的探讨临床路径在医院急诊抢救中的应用价值。方法回顾近年来国内外实施临床路径效果的文献,重点介绍临床路径的基本概念、起源与背景、制定过程、实施特点、最终结果等,并加以分析和总结。结果国内外文献表明,临床路径可减少由于医护人员不同所造成的医疗护理差异;规范检查及治疗费用;缩短住院天数;控制医疗成本;提升患者的满意度;促进医疗资源的有效利用。结论临床路径的实施符合当前卫生改革要求,是完善公立医院运行体制的重要举措,对医院急诊抢救有较好的运用价值,应通过推广应用,使其不断优化。
Objective To explore the value of clinical pathway in hospital emergency department.Methods By reviewing the relevance literature about clinical pathway within recent years,paying attention to recommending clinical pathway region and background,theoretical concept,doing plan,their effectiveness and a thematic analysis of the selected articles was undertaken.Results Difference between medical practice and care nursing in medical works was reduced by clinical pathway,clinical pathway were used to create standardized treatment packages,with uniform lengths of stay（LOS） and predictable cost,while maintaining consistent standard of care,meanwhile,the degree of satisfaction of patients was increased,and promote the effective utilization of medical resources.Conclusion Carrying out clinical pathway was consistent with the basic requirements of the present health reform and development,was also one of the important methods to improve the management system of the public hospitals.Clinical pathway was used in hospital emergency department to aim to bring about continuous improvement by basing care on best practice.
