摘要
目的:加强我院胰岛素制剂的安全管理,促进我院胰岛素制剂的合理使用。方法:分析总结胰岛素制剂贮藏、处方和使用等环节中存在的安全隐患和潜在问题,针对以上各环节对医师、药师、护理人员及患者进行干预。结果及结论:提高了我院胰岛素制剂的管理水平,保障了胰岛素制剂的安全使用,预防了不良事件的发生。
OBJECTIVE：To strengthen safe management on insulin preparations so as to promote rational use o insulin preparations in our hospital.METHODS：The safety loopholes and the potential hidden problems in th storage,prescription and use of insulin were analyzed,and interventions on the behaviors of physicians,pharmacists nurses and patients were taken accordingly.RESULTS CONCLUSION：The management level of insulin preparation has been enhanced which thus ensured the quality and safety of insulin preparations and prevented the occurrence o adverse events in our hospital.
