摘要 目的研究影响贴膜法评价铜抗菌性能的因素。方法选择不同的预处理方法、对照样和贴膜材料,以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为评价菌种,采用贴膜法评价铜的抗菌性能。结果新打磨的铜表面抗菌活性高于放置1 w的铜表面。以石英片作为对照时,石英片回收的菌落数值符合<0.3的要求;以玻璃片作为对照时,玻璃片回收的菌落数值不符合<0.3的要求。当以玻璃片作为贴膜材料时,试验结果的重现性不好;当以铜片或石英片作为贴膜材料时,试验结果的重现性较好。结论贴膜法评价铜的抗菌性能应选择相同的预处理方法,给予材料近似的性状并在试验条件中注明,选择石英片作为对照样品和贴膜材料。 Objective To study the effect factors of assessing antibacterial performance of copper with the laminated film culture method. Methods The antibacterial performance of copper was assessed with the laminated film culture method under the different conditions of pretreatment method, control sample and laminated film material. Results The inhibition rate of fresh polished surface was higher than that of old polished surface that had been kept at room temperature for a week after polishing. The bacteria recovery value of quartz plate accorded with the requirement of less than 0. 3, and that of glass slide didn' t accord with the requirement when quartz plate and glass plate were chosen as a control respectively. The result of repeatability was not good when glass slide was used as laminated film material. Under the same condition, the results of repeatability of quartz and red copper were good. Conclusion When laminated method is selected to assess the antibacterial performance, the same pretreatment method should be adopted and the properties for experimental condition indicate clearly, quartz plate could be used as control sample and laminated film materials.
