摘要
应用环锯法治疗83例脊髓型颈椎病,随访时间为7～146月。平均51.1月。优良率达86％,其中优32例(39％),良39例(47％)。有10例疗效差,其中3例误诊,1例与手术操作不当有关,其余病例病程长,因而脊髓受压时间太长。文内还就手术范围、手术进路与术后某些临床症状改善之间的关系作了讨论。
Eighty-three cases of cervical spondylitic myelopathy treated with trepanation were followed up for 7 months to 146 months, average 51.1 months. The result was excellent in 32 cases (39%) and good in 39 cases (47%). The causes of poor result in 10 patients were analysed. Among them, three patients were misdiagnosed, one patient was improperly operated on and the others had a long course of disease. The extent of operations, the selection of operative approach and the amelioration of symptoms after operations are discussed.
