皮质下动脉硬化性脑病的MRI与MRA对比分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨皮质下动脉硬化性脑病(SAE)的MRI与磁共振血管成像(MRA)表现,并评价MRI分型与MRA表现之间的相关性。方法对经临床证实的25例SAE患者进行MRI平扫及MRA检查,统计分析两者的检查结果。结果 MRI表现为侧脑室前后角、体部周围、放射冠、半卵圆中心片状长T1、长T2信号,影像学Ⅰ型8例、Ⅱ型11例、Ⅲ型6例。其他征象包括脑萎缩、腔隙性脑梗死等。MRA可见不同程度的脑动脉硬化,轻度7例、中度12例、重度6例。结论 MRI可清楚显示SAE病变范围,MRA可观察动脉硬化的严重程度,并作为脑血管损害的证据。但本组资料所示影像学分型与MRA所见的动脉硬化严重程度之间缺乏相关性。
