摘要
目的了解医学院校护理专业大学生心理健康状况。方法采用一般问卷调查,结合症状自评量表(SCL-90),对护理专业463名大学生进行调查。结果护理专业大学生在抑郁、焦虑、恐惧和精神病性4个因子得分明显高于全国青年常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01、P<0.05);而在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、敌对和偏执5个因子方面分与全国青年常模比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护理专业大学生的心理状况总体偏差,应引起足够重视并有针对性的加强健康教育。
Objective To understand the psychological status for undergraduate students of nursing specialty in medical college. Methods A total of 463 undergraduates were investigated by general survey and SCL-90.Results The scores of 4 factors,such as depression,anxiety,fear and psychosis-like symptoms were significantly higher than the national youth norms,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01 or P0.05）.The scores of other 5 factors,such as somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,hostility and paranoid had no statistical significant difference compared to the national youth norms（P0.05）.Conclusions The psychological status of students of nursing specialty is generally poor,we should pay a special attention to it and have the targeted health education.
