摘要
采用MBR工艺处理垃圾渗滤液,通过设置循环水冷却系统,可以有效解决生物池温度过高的问题,保证生物处理正常运行;采用射流曝气,可以有效解决曝气器堵塞的问题;将新鲜垃圾渗滤液引入处理系统,可以解决碳源不足问题;污泥经机械脱水后可采用石灰碱化稳定技术,使污泥含水率降至60%以下。
MBR process is used to treat landfill leachate. The problem of excessive high temperature in biological tank can be solved by circulating water cooling system to ensure the normal biological treatment. The aerator blocking can be effectively avoided by jet aeration. The problem of carbon source shortage can be solved by adding fresh landfill leachate into the treatment system. After mechanical dewatering of sludge, lime alkalization technology can be used to reduce sludge moisture content to below 60%.
