摘要
对52例瘀滞性皮下硬化症的临床表现和组织病理等进行了研究。该病是下肢静脉曲张的一种少见并发症。对其发生机理进行了讨论,认为这种命名是符合实际的。丹参治疗有较好的效果。
Hypostatic hypodermosclerosis is a complication of varicose vein of leg. Since 1977, 52 cases of hypostatic hypodermosclerosis have been studied. The symptoms were subcutaneous plaque, varicose vein, pitting edema and deposition of pigment. Biopsy of subcutaneous plaque showed hyperplasia and sclerosis of fibrous connective tissue, a result of disturbance of microcirculation due to varicosity. It is therefore named hypostatic hypodermosclerosis. Treatment with Chinese herb medicine Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae gave encouraging results.
