摘要
为了检测家兔真菌病是否存在垂直传播,试验选择健康大耳白孕兔16只,随机分成2组,试验组皮内注射0.5麦氏比浊度的须癣毛癣菌悬浊液,对照组皮内注射等量的生理盐水,第28天取孕兔静脉血、肝脏、子宫体、子宫颈、胚胎、胎盘,用Trizol法提取各组织的总RNA,然后再用RT-PCR法检测须癣毛癣菌。结果表明:在孕兔静脉血、肝脏、子宫颈、子宫体、胎盘和胚胎中均检出须癣毛癣菌。说明须癣毛癣菌可以通过胎盘屏障垂直传播。
To detecte whether vertical transmission of Trichophyton mentagrophytes exist in rabbit or not, 16 pregnant rabbits were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. Rabbits in the experimental group were intracutaneously injected with Trichophyton mentagrophytes, rabbits in the control group were intracutaneously injected physiologieal sale solution Venous blood, liver, body of uterus, cervix, placenta, embryo of the pregnant rabbits and peripheral blood and liver of the fetuses were taken, and total RNA of each sample was extracted by Trizol. RT - PCR was used to detect Trichophyton mentagrophytes. The results showed that transplacental transmission of Trichophyton mentagrophytes to fetus might be effected by intracutaneansly inoculated of pregnant rabbits.
