摘要
介绍了某型履带车辆变速箱体几何模型的创建,根据发动机外特性曲线与该型车辆行驶时箱体工作的最恶劣工况计算了箱体所受荷载,利用Patran/nastran软件对箱体进行了刚强度分析。根据分析结果得出:下箱体主动轴轴承座孔处结构应力和变形较大,容易出现开裂或者漏油等情况,维修时应重点关注。箱体满足强度条件,但应力分布不均匀,且大部分区域的结构应力远小于许用值,还存在优化的空间。
This paper introduces the geometry modeling of some tracklayer gearbox casing firstly, and then loads on the casing were calculated according to the engine's external characteristic curve and the most severe condition where the gearbox operates while the tracklayer is running, and stiffness and strength analysis of the casing was carried out by using Patran/Nastran software were analyzed. It is obtained form these analysis result: the structural stress and displacement at the driving shaft bearing block hole of lower casing is a little bigger, where fracture and oil leakage or other conditions may occur easily, due care should betaken during repairing. Secondly, the casing satisfies the Mises' yield condition, however, the stress is distributed unevenly, and stress in most locations is much less than the allowable value, and an optimization space atill exists.
