价电子平均能量/能级拓扑指数~mV与掺杂铁基砷化物超导电性的关系

Relationship between doping rare-earth iron oxyarsenides superconductivity and Topological Index mV of valence electron average energy/energy level

摘要 研究了目前已掺杂铁基砷化物价电子平均能量能级拓扑指数与超导电性之间的关系,发现价电子平均能量能级拓扑指数主要集中在37.5-39.5之间。并由此推出转变温度达到或超过50K的拓扑指数mV区域。 The correlation between Topological Index mV of valence electron average energy/energy level and the superconductivity of doping rare-earth iron oxyarsenides was researched in this paper.It was found that the Topological Index mV of valence electron average energy/energy level was ranged at 37,5 to 39.5.Moreover,we speculated that transition temperature Tc reached or exceeded 50k topological index mV region.
