预应力混凝土叠层桁架转换结构设计和静力性能试验研究 被引量:5

Design and experimental research on static behaviors of prestressed concrete laminated truss transfer structure

摘要 为满足大空间的建筑功能要求,上海裕年国际商务大厦工程采用预应力混凝土叠层转换桁架,无论是桁架的跨度还是其所承受的竖向荷载数值在国内同类转换构件中都属罕见,是整个结构设计和施工的技术关键。介绍了该工程预应力混凝土叠层桁架转换构件的设计原则,并进行了一榀1∶8比例预应力混凝土叠层桁架转换结构的静力性能的试验研究,对其破坏形态、承载力、变形性能等进行了研究。试验结果表明,按"强受压斜腹杆、强节点"设计的预应力混凝土叠层桁架转换构件能够满足承载力和变形的要求,且在使用阶段处于弹性工作状态。在试验和分析的基础上,提出了预应力混凝土叠层桁架转换构件的设计建议,可供实际结构设计时参考。 To meet the building functional requirements of large-space,the prestressed concrete laminated transfer truss used in Yunian International Commercial Affairs Building is the key technology of the entire structural design and construction,whether truss span or vertical loads to bear is rare in the domestic similar transfer members.Design principle of the prestressed concrete laminated truss transfer member are introduced.The specimen with the rate of 1 to 8 prestressed concrete laminated truss transfer structure is carried out.The failure mode,bearing capacity and deformation capability of the prestressed concrete laminated truss transfer structure were studied.The experimental results show that the prestressed concrete laminated truss transfer,which is designed according to the principle of stronger diagonal web members and stronger joints of truss,can meet the requirements of bearing capacity and deformation in the elastic working state during service stage.Based on the test and analysis, the design proposals are proposed,which can be referred to the actual structural design.
