摘要
广东科学中心船形常设展厅连续三层均为双向45m左右柱距的多层大跨结构,且"船头"外挑达45m左右。工程结构选型结合建筑造型,将楼、电梯间及设备间做成六根格构式钢巨型柱;将层2与层3楼盖结构沿纵向两侧连为一体,构成纵向跨层桁架,将双向大跨楼盖结构转变为单向大跨楼盖结构,实现了多层室内无柱大空间及"船头"大悬挑,并取得了较好的经济指标;同时,格构式巨型柱与桁架构成了格构式巨型钢框架结构,形成了有效的抗侧力体系。介绍了该工程大跨巨型钢框架结构的结构选型、布置、节点设计及结构分析。
The fleet-like exhibition halls of Guangdong Science Center are multi-storey long-span structures with a 45m column spacing in both horizontal directions,and these halls contain an overhang span of 45m.Considering requirements of architectural shape,structures of staircase,elevator and equipment rooms are designed as six latticed mega-steel columns,longitudinal cross-layer trusses are constructed along the two sides of the structure between the second and third floor,the cross-layer trusses changed the two-way span floor structure to a one-way span floor structure,the each-storey large space and long cantilever are achieved,and low cost is realized.Latticed mega-steel columns and trusses composed the latticed mega-frame structure to effectively resist lateral forces.The structural scheme selection,layout,joint design and structural analysis of this mega-structure are presented.
