摘要
观察中西医结合治疗女童沙眼衣原体（ＣＴ）和支原体（ＵＵ）生殖道感染（ＮＳＧＩ）的治疗效果。方法：用中草药冲洗剂日舒安对患儿进行阴道冲洗治疗，用时服用罗力得。治疗后连续３个月复查ＵＵ、ＣＴ检查判断治愈情况。结果：治疗组３２例，治愈３０例，有效率达１００％；对照组３０例，治愈２０例，治愈率６６．７％，统计学处理有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：中西医结合治疗女童ＮＳＧＩ比单纯西药治疗更有效。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of integrated treatment of TCM and Western Medicine for treat female children tractus genitalis infection by the chlomydia trachomatis(CT)and ureaplasma urealyticum(UU). METHOD :WTBZ Using herbal medicine Rishu An lotion and western medicine Rulide to treat the disease. To test UU and CT for three months after treatment . RESULT: In therapeutic group(32 cases), we cured 30 cases in one course with the effective rate was 93.7% , and in control group(30 cases),we cured 14 cases after one course with the curative rate 46.6%,There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Integrated tertment of TCM and Western Medicine for female children tractus genitalis infection by the chlomydia trachomatis(CT)and ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)is more effective than western medicine alone .
