摘要
目的：研究一种简便、省时、安全的小血管吻合方法。方法：将８０只大鼠分成２组，每组４０只，分别行套叠粘接吻合及常规缝合法吻合大鼠左颈总动脉；比较２组吻合耗时、吻合口耐压值及术后通畅情况，行血管造影以及光镜、电镜观察。结果：套叠组吻合耗时短于缝合组（Ｐ＜０．０１），其他检查结果相近。结论：套叠粘接吻合法省时、操作简便、组织损伤小，值得在临床广泛应用。
Objective: The experiment was
designed to study a method easy to perform,timesaving and safe for small vessel
anastomosis. Method: Eighty SD rats were divided into 2 groups.The anastomosis of left
common carotid arteries in the 2 groups was performed with telescopic adhesive method (TA)
and conventional endtoend suturing (CS),respectively.The timeconsuming,patency
rate,pressure tolerance,vasography,foundings of histological examination and scanning
election microscopy of both groups were studied comparatively. Result: All parameters but
timeconsuming were similar to each other in both groups.The timeconsuming of TA was much
shorter than that of CS (P<0.01). Conclusion:TA is well worth recommending in clinical practice
with timesaving,less tissue damage and simplicity of operation.
