摘要
作者随访了1966～1988年间收治的手内在肌功能重建病人25例,证实只要适应证选择恰当、方法正确、不同手术方法均可取得满意效果。尺神经损伤后手内在肌功能霞建的时间不宜过早,至少应限制在2年以上,大部分病人不需功能重建,可以逐渐恢复。文内讨论了影响疗效的因素,提出了改善握力和捏力的方法。
Twenty-five patients underwent functional reconstruction of interior muscles of hand from 1966 to 1987 were followed up. It revealed that satisfactory results can be obtained if suitable indication is chosen and the operation is correctly performed. There were no significant differences among the results of different methods. Early functional reconstruction of interior muscles is not suitable in ulnar nerve injury. In more than 20 years, 215 patients with ulnar nerve injury were admitted, but only 13 cases (6.3%) finally required functional reconstruction. Therefore, we recommand an interval of more than 2 years before operation. Imbalance between flexors and extensors, weakness of dynamic muscles, etc. are related to the therapeutic effects. Methods for improving hold and pinch are suggested and the bases for choice of surgical procedures are discussed.
