摘要
从知识管理的概念与特点入手,分析了高校图书馆实施知识管理的必要性,论述了高校图书馆知识管理的运营策略。
Based on the conception and characteristics of knowledge management, the necessity of the implement of knowledge management in college and university library was analyzed, and its operational strategy t was addressed in this paper.
