摘要
通过对8例胃肠道穿孔新生儿血浆内毒素和纤维结合蛋白的定量检测,探讨两者在病程中的关系以及对多器官功能衰竭发生的影响。同时回顾分析55例胃肠道穿孔新生儿器官衰竭发生的频度、组合和预后。
Bacterial endotoxin (ET)played an important role in developing multiple organ failure (MOF). In addition, it could result in fibronectin (Fn) level decrease. ET would add insult to organism due to decreased Fn level and MOF was facilitated consequently. In order to clarify the relationship between ET and Fn in the process and their effect on the development of MOF, plasma ET and Fn were determined in 8 neonates with gastrointestinal perforation. In addition, the frequency, combination of organs and prognosis of MOF in other 55 cases of gastrointestinal perforation were analysed retrospectively.
