摘要
利用植物生长调节剂缩节安(pix)处理番茄幼苗。结果表明,缩节安能显著地抑制番茄幼苗生长,幼苗中叶绿素和可溶性糖的含量较对照分别增加了246%和141%,使相对电导率降低了467%。处理后,番茄产量有显著提高,特别是前期产量较对照(ck)增产达极显著。处理适宜浓度为50~150μg/g。
Treattheseedlingoftomatowithpix,akindofgrowthadjustmentdoseofplant.Theresultshowedthatpixcanobviouslycontrolthegrowthoftomatoseedling,comparewiththecontrolgroup,itincreasedthecontentofchlorophyllandsolublesugarinleavesto246%and145%.Itdecreasedtherelativeconductivityrateto467%.Afterithavebeentreated obviouslyespeciallyinitsearlierstagethanthatofcontrolgroup.Thefavourabledensityisfrom50g/gto150g/g.
