摘要
为了解公职人员心脏疾患发生情况，在1995－1996年间，用单纯整群抽样法取样对广州市部分社区701例对象进行心电图测查。结果：心电图异常率高达47．1％；ST－T改变这10．7％，其中，N年龄≥40岁者占80．0％，改变最多；窦性心律不齐为8．0％，其中20岁组段占39．3％；心电图异常率随年龄增大而呈升高趋势（P＜0．05）。结论：N年龄≥40岁者，冠状动脉疾患应是保健的重点；20岁组段窦性心律不齐则应减轻工作、精神压力。
To assess the cndiac function of public officers from various districts of Guangzhou,electrdiograms(ECG) of 701 subjects selected by simple cluster sampling were examined during during 1995~1996.The results showed that the abnorml rate of ECG in all subjects was 47.1%.Among these,abnormalST-T wave eded first(10.7%)in Which the subjects over 40 years old occupied 80.0%,and the percentage of sinus arrhythmia was 8.0% in which the age group over 20 accounted for 39.3%.The abnormalrate of ECG increased with the age(P<0.05).It is suggested that the subjects over 40 years old shouldbe on guard against coronary heart disease and those over 20 with sinus arrhythmia need more relaxation.
