摘要
为实现长螺旋钻回转动力头及绞车参数的控制,考虑成层土参数的影响,对拔钻过程的钻具进行力学分析,得到了成层土回转拔钻力的计算公式,并对3种实际拔钻过程的拔钻力进行了计算。计算结果与实测结果吻合,说明了该计算公式的正确性。在工程实际参数的变化范围内应用此公式,分析了螺旋角、回转速度以及拔钻速度对拔钻力的影响。以上结果对长螺旋钻钻具的设计以及动力头、绞车的参数设计具有重要指导意义。
To achieve control parameters of rotary power head and winch,considering influence of layered soil parameters,taking mechanical analysis on the process of pulling drill for drill,a computational formula for rotary pulling force in layered soil was given,and the drawing drill forces of three kinds of the actual drilling process were calculated.The calculative results coincided with the measured results shows the correctness of the calculation formula.Through applying the formula within the allowable range of engineering real parameters,the offects of helix angle,rotational speed and pulling drill speed on pulling force were analysed.The findings has an important guiding significance on screw drilling,power head and winch parameters design.
