摘要
采用单宁酸为原料,通过酯交换法制备没食子酸丙酯,探讨反应过程中催化剂、反应温度、反应时间等因素在合成过程中的影响。实验研究证明:以单宁酸和正丙醇为起始原料,合成过程选择浓硫酸为催化剂,其单宁酸∶正丙醇∶浓硫酸的质量比为1∶2∶0.2,反应时间为10 h,为较优的反应条件,产率为52.32%。产品经红外光谱、高效液相色谱、熔点检测,符合没食子酸丙酯的质量标准。
Proply gallate was prepared with transesterification and by adopted tannin as raw material.The effects of catalyzer,react temperature and react time etc on proply gallate in synthesis process wa probed.Results show that the excellent react conditions in synthesize process were tannin and propyl alcohol as origination raw material,concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyzer,quality ratio of tannin,propyl alcohol and concentrated sulfuric acid at 1∶2∶0.2,react time at 10 hours.The productivity was 50.32 %.The products accorded with proply gallate quality standard,according to the inspective results infrared spectrometer,HPLC and meltint point testing.
