摘要
目的研究以消化道出血为首发症状的成人过敏性紫癜的临床特点,以提高对其认识。方法对16例以消化道出血为首发症状的成人过敏性紫癜患者观察其临床症状、内镜表现及治疗方法与效果。结果 16例患者经适量激素治疗后治愈3例,显效10例,有效2例,无效1例,无效患者改为甲基强的松治疗后达到显效标准。结论以消化道出血为首发症状的成人过敏性紫癜借助临床特点和内镜表现及时确诊后给予激素治疗,预后较好。
Objective To explore the clinical features of adult allergic purpura presented initially with gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods 16 cases with allergic purpura presented initially with gastrointestinal hemorrhage were analyzed..Results The treatments of all patients with hormone were effective.Conclusion To combine the clinical features and endoscopic manifestation,the patient could be diagnosed in time and then treated with hormone.The prognosis of adult allergic purpura presented initially with gastrointestinal hemorrhage will be better.
