摘要
为快速响应客户的个性化产品定制需求,研究了基于骨架的Top-Down设计方法、产品级的参数化设计方法,在结构分析规划的基础上建立系列产品的装配体模型模板。通过变更模板的骨架零件的设计参数驱动整个产品的自动更新,实现由系列产品的模型模板快速映射为产品的设计实例,达到快速变型设计的目的。以2K-V型减速器系列产品的设计为例验证了上述方法的有效性。
The top-down design method based on the skeleton mode and the parametric design method of the product are studied for responding rapidly to the client customization. The assembly model template of the series product is created on the basis of analyzing the structure. Through changing the parameters of the skeleton belonged to template, the product assembly can be update automatically so as to realize the rapid transmutation design that is the model template transforming to the product instance. The above method validity has been proved by the design of 2K-V series reducer.
