摘要
利用Romax软件建立了驱动桥齿轮传动系统虚拟样机,采用ISO 281和Romax Ad-justed轴承疲劳寿命预测方法,对滚动轴承疲劳寿命进行了对比模拟分析。结果表明,各支承轴承的寿命较长,损伤较低,可长时间运转工作。
The virtual prototype of drive axle's gear transmission system was created with Romax software, and the comparative simulation analysis of rolling bearing fatigue lives was achieved by using ISO 281 and Romax adjusted bearing fatigue lives prediction. The results showed that the supporting bearings had longer fatigue lives, lower injury and longer operation working term.
