摘要
设计了一种新型的内啮合高压齿轮流量计,建立了流量计的三维仿真模型,应用SolidWorks对其进行运动学仿真研究,分别分析了齿轮内啮合和外啮合时不同齿数啮合情况下,齿轮的角速度脉动率与流量计的流量脉动的关系,同时也研究了齿轮模数对脉动率的影响。3对内啮合流量脉动进行叠加后,其脉动率为1.1%,研究表明:该型内齿轮高压流量计可以应用于液压系统高压侧流量测量。
Design a new type high pressure internal gear flow-meter. Study its' motion simulation by using SolidWorks, after its' three dimension simulation model was established. The relationship between gear angular velocity pulsation and flow pulsation of flow-meter at different meshing conditions including internal gears and external were analysed. The influence of gears modulus on pulsation was studied at the same time. Flow pulsation is 1.1% after plus of three pairs internal meshing gears flow pulsation. The result show that: this new type gear flow-meter can be used in high pressure hydraulic system.
