摘要
目前液体黏性调速离合器被广泛应用于煤矿井下带式输送机、风机、水泵、等起重运输机械大型工业设备,提高了工作效率和可靠性,节省能源,降低设备使用成本。摩擦片热失效及翘变是离合器故障的主要形式之一,主要对摩擦片发热机理进行分析并提出使用过程中应注意的事项。
Nowadays the hydro-vicious clutch has been widely used in large industrial equipments such as belt conveyors, fans, bumps in coal mine to increase the efficiency and feasibility and reduce the maintenance cost for power saving. The heat failure and deflection of friction flake is the main factor in clutch malfunction. This paper is devoted to analysis the heat generating principle and solves the heat failure and deflection problems.
