摘要
南阳石蜡精细化工厂在催化裂化装置上应用"RICC-Ⅱ+GOR-Ⅱ"催化剂进行汽油降烯烃试验,试验结果表明,FCC汽油烯烃含量降低7%~15%(φ),与单纯使用GOR-Ⅱ催化剂相比,汽油产率提高5.45个百分点,汽油辛烷值损失0.5~1个单位,馏程变化很小,芳烃、烷烃略上升,汽油质量合格。RICC-Ⅱ与GOR-Ⅱ催化剂混合比例控制在2~3∶7~8较适宜。
Application of RICC- Ⅱ +GOR-Ⅱ cata-lyst to lower olefins content in catalytic cracking unit of the Nanyang wax fine chemical plant is investigated. The results show that olefin content reduced 7%~15% (V)in FCC gas-oline. Comparing with using GOR-Ⅱ catalyst, gasoline yield increases 5. 45%, octane number loses 0. 5 ~1, distil-lation range changes very little, the content of aromatic and aliphatic increases slightly. The treated gasoline conforms to country standard. The applicable mixing proportion of RICC-Ⅱ and GOR-Ⅱ is (2~3):(7~8).
