摘要
轨道板数控磨床是我国高速铁路建设的关键重大装备,也是用于磨削CRTSⅡ型轨道板的专用设备。国外,只有德国博格公司能够生产,关键技术仍受制于德国博格公司。目前,我国正加紧国产化开发。以轨道板数控磨床关键技术国产化为目标,提出了轨道板数控磨床的主题结构,论述了其工作原理,并对设备的主要性能和特点进行了研究和阐述。所开发的轨道板数控磨床具有整体刚度高、精度稳定性好、磨削效率高等特点,在铁路工程中成功推广应用。
The CNC grinder for rail board is a key and major equipment in the construction of China＇s high-speed railway,is also a special equipment used for grinding CRTSⅡ rail board.On abroad,only BOG company in German can produce it,key technology is still belong to BOG company.At present,China is stepping up its localization development.This paper tracked the localization of the key technology on CNC grinder as the objective,proposed the structure of the CNC Grinder for Rail Board,discussed its working principles,studied and explained the main performance and characteristics of the equipment.The developed equipment has high overall stiffness,good precision stability,high grinding efficiency.It has achieved successful promotion applications in railway projects.
